ranked player in the league and Spree is only 50.

Definitely drop Desmond for Jefferson. Jefferson should get most of the minutes this year at his position. Desmond is getting better but with Lewis not out for the year he will only play around 20 to 25 minutes a game.
Also it would be great if you got McDyess. Can you trade Spree for the Big Dog? Most people don't really appreciate the Big Dog in fantasyland but he shoots a high percentage while Spree is old and streaky.
