Any interests in Peter John Ramos? 7'3" 275-pounder, had a spin with the Wizards a few years back and most recently performed modestly well with champion Puerto Rico at Centrobasket in Santo Domingo. We gave him a tryout a few years back if I recall correctly.
Rumors based on his recent Twitter/Facebook entries suggest he's getting ready to sign with an NBA team, but no hints as to which. Some believe he'll join his teammate Arroyo in Miami, although that would mean somebody would have to shake loose at the Center position for the Heat.

Nope, this one was a pick of the Wizards (2nd Round, 32nd overall). Ernie Grunfeld and the gang. Only bad news is Ernie was among the Knicks braintrust that took Freddy Weis in the 1st round.
