1 team I can see taking Smith straight up in a trade and we get value back.

This is not a rumor just a thought I want to share because its been on my mind all off season even before all the crazy rumors started.

Hawks should welcome Andre Igoudala! here's why

Trade Smith for Iggy

hawks reason:

we need a sf, iggy plays this position better than smith while giving us some of the same traits as far as being a defender. unlike smith iggy isnt much of a bonehead like smith and for the fans of excitement over skills iggy can throw it down just like smith. to add I would say iggy is the better shooter as well though both really arent great by any means of shooting period and he's more aggressive in terms of attacking the basket and going for rebounds (dont pay all attention to the stats...effort doesnt show up)

if the contracts work, i say hawks pull the trigger....iggy is 27, smith is 25 not a biggie here!

76ers reason:

well lets see elton brand is aging fast!!! elton will be 33 next season why wouldnt they want a already proven borderline all star pf in smith to replace him. They for some reason always what to rid iggy so here's the perfect trade. its not like young cant easily start for them.

i cant see why the sixers would back out of this deal if the contracts work.
