Based on the problem I see in offseason plan 10.0 of Philly matching on Hawes, I came up with another plan involving Philly.....

Sign and Trade Jamal Crawford for Maurice Speights and Andres Nocioni

Why Philly does it: Philly needs another proven perimeter shooter.  Jamal can be deadly.  Unfortunately, he's very similar (although bigger) to Louis Williams.  This deal is assuming Philly does not move AI and brings back it's existing group.  Speights found himself buried at the end of the bench last season; however he's shown great rebounding and shotblocking skills in the past.  Nocioni had also found himself glued to the pine.

Why Atlanta does it: Nocioni is the tough, hard-hosed type player the Hawks needs.  He's a big that plays dirty and can hit the outside shot.  Speights is a gamble that could pay off big in helping our rebounding issues.

Sign Shane Battier to full MLE
Re-Sign Jason Collins, Damien Wilkins, and Pape Sy

Teague
Johnson
Battier
Smith
Horford

Bench: Hinrich, Williams, Pachulia, Speights, Nocioni, Collins, Wilkins, Sy, Benson, Rolle

Like the Nicioni move.  He's the kind of player we need with some attitude.
