Horford/Hinrich to Orlando

Dwight to LAC

DeAndre Jordan/Mo Williams/Quentin Richardson to Atlanta.

What did we get...

Young athletic C.  Leads the League in B.S.  gives 8/8 with 3.1 bpg on an offensively loaded team.
Mo Williams... co-PG who can hit the open shot. Right now, he's just a backup and don't play unless CP3 is hurt.

The thought behind the trade is that D-Jordan is a better match with Smoove in the frontcourt than Horf was.  Two young athletic Studs controlling the paint and the transition.
LAC gets Dwight.

Horf goes to Orlando.  They get to start over with one of the best Cs in the game.

No, the return is not even close.  Jordan is a decent center but Horford's value is much much higher (plus we give up Hirich too)...Mo is just a shooter and QRich is junk.    Also, do you think Horford and Hinrich is enough to get Dwight?  The answer is no

This year, they are.  Orlando will hang around too long and get a Kwame Brown for Gasol kinda deal.   Horf is arguably the 2nd best C in the East. The fact that we take Howard with no guarantee and they get Horf is about as good as they can expect.
