Portland gets:
Zaza
Marvin
Kirk
2013 second rounder

We get:
Gerald Wallace
Marcus Camby

I think this trade would add a lot of toughness to our team. We get a great starting center and an upgrade at small forward.

My memory may be poor, but I sort of recall we always get taken to the cleaners on trades by Portland.  I used to think we were their farm team.

Camby is a big risk as he's oft-injured but when he's healthy he's a difference maker.  G-Force would certainly improve our defense and although he's not a great shooter and he does shoot more than his skills say he should, he certainly won't be getting swatted at the rim every time he goes up!

My only real issue with this would be what if Camby goes down between now and when Horf gets back?  Then we're relegated to only having Twin as a center on the roster and considering that Camby is just now returning from injury I'd say it's a safe bet to expect that he'll get hurt again at some point.

This would probably be a gamble I'd be willing to make though.

This is the best potential trade scenario i've seen on here. It doesn't involve moving Horford (our true leader), and I think the pros absolutely outweigh the cons.

Not sure why you think Portland does this deal... mainly because everything I've ever read suggests that Gerald Wallace is someone they're going to try to build their roster around for the next few years.
