I'm not sure if each team would be down with this, but I could see the merits of it all the way around.....
Atlanta receives: Al Jefferson
Utah receives: Monta Ellis & Jeremy Tyler
Golden State receives: Al Horford
I believe taking on Jefferson would require us to go slightly into the LT, but I'm not 100% sure. Atlanta trades an All-Star Center for another guy who will almost certainly be an All-Star Center in the East, but who is a player with a legit post game.
Utah gets a playmaking SG that can score in bunches for them. They've not really had a SG in a really long time. This deal gives them one while freeing up some of the excess they have at the 4/5 positions.
Golden State gets a quality young center to grow with their team and to help build around. Al Horford is the ying to David Lee's yang. They should kill teams on the glass with those two down low. Al is a perfect fit for the type of team they're trying to build in G.S.
The deal could possibly be expanded to include Devin Harris (moving Curry back to SG) with another player coming back to Utah. Atlanta could even send Hinrich's expiring deal to Utah (and to play PG), but for this deal, I'd like to see us keep Hinrich.
Teague/Pargo/Sloan
Johnson/Hinrich/Green
Williams/McGrady
Smith/Johnson/Radmanovich
Jefferson/Pachulia/Collins
This team has the ability to play lock-down defense and play inside-out.
Harris/Watson/Tinsley
Ellis/Bell/Burks
Hayward/Howard/Miles
Millsap/Favors/Evans
Kanter/Tyler
This team is basically building for the future with Favors, Ellis, and Kanter as the cornerstones. Millsap could be moved later, possibly along with Harris to bring in more talent.
Curry/Robinson/Jenkins
Rush/Thompson
Wright/Wright
Lee/Udoh/McGuire
Horford/Biedrins/Brown/Barron
A little shallow at SF but roster has potential.

I love Jefferson's post game (probably the best in the league next to Aldridge). He is also a good rebounder.
I don't think he is a center either and his defense is pretty poor. I don't know if he is a good fit for us or not and if I would rather Horford.

What we gain on the offensive end we lose on the defensive side of the ball which would be a bigger problem. Jefferson is a black whole on offense, doesn't pass well from double teams and has one interest - scoring the ball. For a big guy C/PF he only gets to the free throw line 3.6 times a game.
