As I've realized our team probably couldn't even beat my Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets right now, I've talked myself into accepting a contract like Eddie Jones' if we make out bigtime in the talent side. IMO, though, Jason Terry is a player that has to be included. I'm truly getting sick of his all razzle-dazzle/stupid turnovers late in games [censored]. And the high socks just got to go.

JT/Hendu/CC to Miami
Walker/Allen/2 2nd rounders to Utah
Jones/Butler to Atlanta

Supposedly, Cleveland declined to deal both Mihm and Davis to Miami for Jones and I think JT is more valuable than both. I think the difficult part of this deal is getting Utah to agree. Maybe they can use Walker with the recent injury to Keon Clark. Many more moves probably need to be made but this is a good start. Getting a more experienced coach would obviously help tremendously (Memphis).

So get Fratello and pickup Jones/Butler

Diaw/Vaughn/Dickau
Jones/Glover/Hansen
Butler/Jax
SAR/Nailon
Theo/Nazr

Could Fratello get their butts in winning shape? I tell you what, that 1st unit (Diaw/EJ/Caron/SAR/Theo) would be very tough on D. Obviously, talent-wise, this trade favors us in the extreme way but picking up Jones' contract is quite a burden. Although I'd expect this team to pick it up and make a run for an embarassing Eastern Confernce playoff spot, if not, we'll be adding a solid draft pick to this team.
