If we sent reef to Cleveland... and it was only a 2 team deal...
We would have to send CC/DD too.
I'm thinking:
Reef/CC/DD to Cleveland.
Big Z/Boozer/Ollie to Atlanta.
In this deal, we gain....
Ollie/JV
JT/Glover/Hansen
Jax/Diaw
Theo/Boozer/Hendu
Big Z/Nazr
I would play this team until I found a trade of Theo and JT that yielded a SG/SF.
Reef to Cleveland.

Again.
You don't trade Reef unless you have deals for Ratliff and JT in place as well.
But, this deal won't happen unless a third team gets involved. Billy Knight doesn't want Big Z, and Cleveland doesn't seem to be willing to give up Boozer.
My suggestion:
Cleveland gets Shareef Abdur-Rahim.
Memphis gets Zydrunas Ilgauskas.
Atlanta gets Bo Outlaw, Shane Battier, Stromile Swift, Earl Watson, and Cleveland's 2004 1st round pick, unprotected.

The Cavs would never trade their first round pick unprotected. So if thats what you'd need for this deal to work then it doesn't work.
