Looks great on my Evo and I love that we got the mobile chat going too. That'll come in very handy once the season starts. Thanks Dolfan.

I don't have an iphone or ipad but this stuff is neat. I tried to give you +1 Dolfan but I got an error saying I'm out of my quota for positive rep.

I know Dolfan mentioned a possible app for the Android, any update on that? I recently got an Android, so I'm still playing around with it to figure everything out. I can get to Hawksquawk just from the browser (and it does look awesome by the way) but I wanted to see if it is worth it to have some sort of an app for viewing Hawksquawk.

Had to go and check on that but apparently they have not developed it yet. Here is a quote from one of their main developers ...
Quote
We are a PHP development company. We write PHP scripts. We had a developer on staff that happened to be able to work with iOS as well, which is part of the reason the iPhone app was created first (that, along with the fact that the iPhone app market is bigger at present).
We want to deliver an Android app. It's on our radar. We have plans to. I can't say anything more than that. Remember - it's not like we develop Android applications as a normal course of business. It's an entirely different language, requiring an entirely different toolset and skillset.

Great news (well soon it will be anyway) for those wanting an app for this on their Android devices is that Invision, the company that makes this forum system, are about 1 month into a private beta testing of an Android app and should have a final public app ready in the near future. As of now only those who own the websites and have an active license, meaning me, are able to download it but I don't have any Android devices so I'm unable to test it out.
I will keep you updated and I imagine that when the next version of IP.Board is out in a month, which by the way is an AWESOME upgrade!!, they will be releasing a public version of the Android app.

I guess all that competition with highlightfactory.com has forced the Squawk to make some drastic moves in keeping the customer base! This is great news, and looking back mrH is right, we are definitely futuristic nerds for getting excited about this.

Haha yeah we definitely are ... and nope it's not pressure from any outside source it's just the slow time of the year basketball wise and Invision is coming out with a major version upgrade to 3.2 from 3.1.4 and it's going to make using the site a lot easier!.

I don't know if they are developing one or not but I will check on it. Since I've heard nothing about it I'd have to guess that they aren't planning on one but I can't say for sure.
