I don't know about a quarter of the player.  Joe was thoroughly mediocre last year.  In earlier years Gilbert was pretty talented (sort of like Joe used to be.)

Gilbert is an oft injured chucker who is an undersized shooting guard who never learned how to play defense.

He can score a lot of points but it is because he takes too many shots(and bad ones at that).

I would hate to see him and Crawford on the floor together.  

I think he is also a chemistry killer.  He is a me first player and that kid of guy does not help a team get better.
