In-Division trades seldom happen, especially between two teams battling it out for 2nd in the conference, but here's one that might actually work for both Atlanta and Orlando....
Atlanta receives:Dwight Howard, Hedo Turkoglu, and Chris Duhon
Orlando receives: Al Horford, Monta Ellis, Andres Biedrins, and 2 future Atlanta 1st round picks
Golden State receives: Andre Iguadala, Maurice Speights, and Zaza Pachulia
Philadelphia receives: Kirk Hinrich and Marvin Williams
Why Atlanta does it: They get a true post presence and a defensive stopper. Dwight is one of the most unstoppable big men in the league.
Why Orlando does it: They risk losing Dwight for nothing. This deal gives them the 2nd best Center in the league and also nets them a scoring SG to boot. Moving Hedo's contract was a bonus for them.
Why Golden State does it: They move Ellis to help facilitate an opening for a bigger SG rather than deploying their mini-me lineup (even David Lee is undersized at Center). AI gives them a defensive wing player that can also penetrate and score. He's a Mark Jackson kind of guy IMO.
Why Philly does it: With an abundance of SF (re-signed Young and Turner), AI is expendable. Moving him for about 1/2 as Marvin's contract, gives them a solid wing defender at a fraction of the cost. Hinrch is another great defender and an expiring. He's a good guard that can play next to Williams or Holliday.
Other Atlanta moves.....
re-sign Damien Wilkins, Jason Collins, and Jamal Crawford
Sign Reggie Evans and Anthony Parker to MLE (split)
