Not a trade , but my version of a much talked about make-over:

Smoove and a second or a Sy for Al Jefferson.
S&T Crawford for a rotation player.
Invest what we can in a SF like Battier and a PF like R. Evans/

We've talked about this alot.  I think everything is possible except the first part, which is honestly the key part.  Utah would have no reason to acquire Josh Smith.  They already have Millsap and Favors under contract.  They'd probably like to keep Jefferson also at least one more season to make sure Kanter is ready.  Most scouts believe he's still very raw, but has the ideal frame to be a solid big man.  I just don't think Utah is a good fit for us.  If we got Jefferson, I think it would take a 3rd team that could send a SG or true SF to them.

Went back and looked at a possible scenario, but still don't know if it matches well for Utah.

Hawks get: Al Jefferson and Raja Bell
Jazz get: Monta Ellis, Andris Biedrins, Golden St. 1st round pick (protected)
Warriors get: Josh Smith and Marvin Williams

Teague/Hinrich
Johnson/Bell
FA/Wilkins
Horford/??/Rolle or Benson
Jefferson/Pachulia/Collins

Harris/
Ellis/Burks
Hayward/Miles/Evans
Millsap/Favors
Kanter/Biedrins/Okur

Curry/Lin
??/Bell/Thompson
Wright/Williams/Jenkins
Smith/Udoh
Lee/Amundson


That might make sense for everyone involved but still not 100% on it.
