Atlanta sends Joe Johnson, Marvin Williams, Zaza Pachulia & 2 - 1st round picks (2013, 2015)
Orlando sends Dwight Howard, Hedu Turkoglu.
Conditional on Dwight resigning of course but the Hawks then line up.
Resign Wilkins, Twin for the minimum
Resign Crawford (with this lineup, guard defense won't matter).
J.Teague /Hinrich/Sy
J.Crawford /Wilkins
J.Smith /Turkoglu
A.Horford /Rolle
D.Howard /Twin/Benson
Plus one more vet at the minimum (probably a PF or SG) for 13.
You'd be about 2-3 million into the luxury tax but
Teague> any PG Miami trots out.
Craw < Wade
Smith < Lebron but not by much compared to other teams
Horford > or = Bosh
Howard > > > > anything Miami could hope to put out there.
This team blows most teams out in the first half. Our 1st round picks are useless if this core stays together for 4 years anyway.
This team would kill the Bulls based on size at the 3/4/5. Any team that lives on penetration couldn't survive. Only incredible jump shooting teams would give us any trouble.
Orlando does it because if Dwight leaves they're sunk....this trade gives them people to build around who are signed and gets them out of Hedo's contract.
This deal also works if you add Hinrich and take back Arenas instead of Turkoglu and gives you a small bit of cap room..

I don't see how this interests Orlando. They get Joe with a terrible contract and two guys are are marginal starters. So they'd become the Hawks without Smoove or Horford. I think they can find a deal like this anywhere and will be much more inclined to take the deal to send him out of their own division.

This is way to slanted torwards Atlanta. I'd do this deal even if Dwight would not agree to sight with us.
