I don't think the platoon of Jason Collins and Zaza Pachulia is a viable option for the Hawks at center, so here are a couple of trades I thought up.

Scenario 1:

Sacramento Kings get:
Zaza Pachulia
A draft pick

Hawks get*:
JJ Hickson
Jason Thompson

*For this deal to work, the Hawks would need to let someone go. Maybe Stack or Donald Sloan (although couldn't the Hawks send Sloan to the D-League?).

If the Kings accept this deal, I like it a lot for a couple of reasons. One, it improves our frontcourt situation a lot. Thompson is just as viable a starter at center as Zaza is, and he is a more complete player, so he could play more minutes. Hickson is a banger (and a hometown guy), he's a better option as a backup power forward than Vlad, who I think fits better at small forward. Second, it makes the Hawks younger without making them a worse team. Both players are 25 or younger.

Scenario 2:

Hornets get:
Kirk Hinrich
Zaza Pachulia
A draft pick, if it is required to seal the deal

Hawks get:
Emeka Okafor

This deal would make the Hawks a lot better right now than the previous trade would. Okafor is a bonafide starter, which is more than you can say about Jason Thompson (or Zaza for that matter). This deal would really lessen the sting of losing Al. The Hornets should be inclined to accept this deal because they need a point guard, and they already have Chris Kaman. I would rather trade Kirk than some other piece (Marvin is really the other only option) because we have Teague and we have shown that we can win without Kirk. Also, I don't want to mess with a good thing and trade a starter, which is why I would keep Marvin.
