Keep in mind that big men in the basketball draft are similar to quarterbacks in the football draft.  They tend to get overdrafted because of the dearth of them in the league.  Considering where Atlanta is going to be picking, it is very possible that all of the big men you guys like will be off the board.
I'd bet that either Melo or Ezeli are still on the board when the Hawks pick, if not both. I would be thrilled to get either one in the early 20's.

Ezeli or Melo could be available for our 2nd round pick, I really cannot understand why we trade our 2nd round pick, I remember it was really high and with a deep draft like this you can get a role player there

So with the first round pick I would go with the BPA, my list would be Meyes Leonard, Arnett Moultrey, Marshall, Terrence Ross, Terrence Jones, Royce White, Toney Mitchell... Either of this guys could be available for our pick.

We traded our own 2nd round pick b/c we have the Suns 2nd round pick which is about 10 spots better then our own.

NBADraft.net has the Hawks selected SF Terrence Jones from Kentucky and who do you think the NBA Comparison is...you guessed it...Marvin Williams....smh.  I would stay far away.  Joe will be our SF going forward.

The Hawks need size 1st and foremost.

Marvin's strength is his picture perfect jump shot. Marvin's shot mechanics are flawless.
Terrance Jones weakness is his awful shot mechanics.

Other then that they are comparable. He is Marvin Williams, without the duck butt, but with poor shot mechanics.

It's hard for me to believe but there is hardly anybody I do not like with our draft pick this year.  On the contrary, during the Shelden William's bust-o-rama, only Brandon Roy was IMO deemed worth anything.  Frankly, I feel like there will be more talent at 20 than there was at 6 that year.
