There is a lot of banter about the Hawks meeting yesterday with K-Mart.  All sounds good, but RealGM is reporting that the Hawks are only offering the vet min.  The Miami Heat has offered a contract with no details and the Clipps wont him too.  So who do you think will get him?

My question in regards to the ASG is this an issue of he is not worth going over the cap for or is this an issue of they are too cheap to spend the money to get him?

Gearon has stated that he will spend the money if the deal is right.  I dont believe him for one second and he is just using that statement to cover the fact they are not going over the cap.

I will add as a business owner myself, if the money going out is more than is coming in there is a problem.

Your thoughts?

I'm almost certain he's going to sign with the Clips since they already said they will offer him the full mini exception of just over two million plus he's good friends with Chauncy Billups. Contrast that with the A$G that won't offer more than the vet. minimum.

Is China trying to block Kenyon Martin from returning back to the NBA?

Yes, that's what is being reported. He can come back to the NBA no matter what China says once his Chinese team's season is done though.

This team is never going to attract FA's. It's as simple as that.

Never going to pay I think would be more accurate.
