My 2nd round sleeper was Ricardo Ratliff out of Mizz. I guess he still is my 2nd choice. He was one of the more efficient players in all of college basketball last year who also has a relentless motor who also knows how to play within his limits. His 7' wingspan is good for his height. His FG% was 69% last year b/c he only took high percentage shots. However, at the PIT Ratliff played differently then he played all season. He started hoisting up perimeter shot and 3's which are not like him. I still like him but this sudden notion to change his style of play hurts him.

At the PIT Kyle O' Quinn of former Cinderalla team, Norfolk St.,  which knocked out Ratliff's Mizz team in NCCA round 1, is raising his draft stock. Not only did he get the best of Ratliff in the NCAA Tourney but he also had two excellent performances against the more well knows Ratliff at the PIT. If he keeps this up in team workouts he will find himself in the 1st round. His 7'5'' official wingspan measurements is probably making scouts drool. He is a natural shot blocker.

Due to his shot blocking expertise Kyle O' Quinn gets the nod over Ratiff but both appear to be able to carve out long NBA careers in my opinion.

I'd be thrilled with either one of these guys in round 2.

Nice list there.

I'm just zeroed in on post players for this years draft.

We can find a T. McGrady, Mo Evans, Damien Wilkens, Pargo, and Willis Green's all over the place for cheap veteran minimum contracts to fill in at guard for a year..........Veteran post players are a different story in that they are harder to find and typically over paid.

I just want to take advantage of a draft where bigs are more plentiful then usual.

Tornike Shengelia, young, lanky, tweener SF. (His old Georgian National teammate at the Euro championships, Zaza, would approve).

Big fan of Sims. He won't be special but he's a poor man's Vlade Divac.

Some players who ar falling and could be available on draft day, as Second round steals, ordered by position

Scott Machado, William Buford, Kris Joseph, Drew Gordon, Kyle O'Quinn,

any of these list I think has a chance to become a role player on NBA.

I like Scott Machado's game. He is a playmaker. Good ball handling and is a pass first point guard. I believe he averaged 9.9 assists a game this past season.

He moving up the boards fast. My issue is he picks up his dribble too much and is left hand dominate but his court vision, passing skills, quickness, ability to shoot, and BBIQ have him shooting up the boards. He looks like a young Stockton but Brazilian. I think he could sneak up to the lottery and some teams might rate him higher than Marshall due to his ability to score in the dribble drive and be a great playmaker. He as a chance to move up the boards and fast. I still need a lot more tape but from the little I seen. He is every bit the playmaker Marshall is without the readiness.
