I mentioned this earlier, but I can't wait to see how long it takes for the hew NJN owners to get Assoc. approval. If anything, having another owner needing approval should expedite the Board's apparent dragging of feet, as everyone seems excited about the sale of the Nets...and no one cared less about the sale of the Hawks...
NJ sold...what this fortells of our approval?

...and if they approve the Nets sale before they approve the Hawks sell, they will reveal all doubt of their desire and bias towards everything dealing with New York.

That the sell of the Hawks haven't gone through because of the deal that the City has with the Hawks..... i.e. the Hawks are collateral in the deal that bought Philips Arena. The new owners don't want that to be the case.... So, Now, the new owners must prove that they have the portfolio to afford the deal. Still, approval shouldn't take this long. Every owner in ATL Spirit has the credentials to get this deal done. You don't have to go much further than Gearon.
