  1. He just said he passes like Bibby. See, I knew I wasn't the only one that thought they were similar...
  2. Your twitter is so random... o.O Here's one: @ajcsportseditor
  3. What was i thinking :no-no: i'd like for us to go after jeff Adreian then.
  4. I keep hearing the same things. This is exactly what I heard when Acie Law was drafted too. Teague was #3 on my draft board behidn Lawson. I think you're hearing it wrong: people are disappointed that Lawson went [unnecessarily] RIGHT before us. But they are overall happy with the pick, although Teague is kind of tarnished because of that. But anyways, like I said, I hear the same s*** every time. So until I see that Woodson plays Teague and Teague performs, I'm not going to be that high on Teague. Still happy with the pick though, just not expecting as much as you're saying...
  5. New York should trade for Rubio, but who will they trade? Next year's draft pick and someone else? I know you can't go Rubio and Flynn. They should have just went with Flynn and Hill! They're stupid by doing that best player available and then trading them away bullsh*t. They robbed everyone of the players that they wanted for sure. Knicks with Rubio/Flynn and then Ellington later in the draft, and then the Hawks with Lawson. I hate them and their stupid GM. They are truly the trolls of the NBA draft. Anyways, like I said you can't go with Rubio and Flynn. None of them can guard the regular 2's in the league, and if they think they can pull that off, then they'll be drafting in the Top 3 spot next year again.
  6. Jeff Adreian says that Boston wanted to pick him but asked him to play overseas for a couple years, and he said he didn't want to go out like that.
  7. I thought the Pacers are going to want to stick with Jarret Jack and try to trade Ford?
  8. why are these topics being bumped? dolfan, you experimenting? hehe, these were some of my posts!
  9. Sounds cool, man. I heard that he isn't that bad of a player either. He might even be a steal for us a couple years down the line.
  10. It's probably going to be very obvious who I'm trying to compare here, but I want to know what you guys think... it seems like the two players are very similar except Player B shoots a slightly better three point shot and racks up more steals and a few more blocks than Player A. Player A: Player B: Question 1) Who is Player A and who is Player B? Question 2) What are your thoughts on this?
  11. How much would it take to sign an undrafted free agent like Adreian or Siler?
  12. I highly doubt we have enough money to resign: Marvin Williams Josh Childress Zaza Pachulia David Andersen Flip Murray Mike Bibby? If we do, I really like our team, but I'm sure it won't happen... PG: Bibby / Teague SG: Johnson / Crawford / Flip SF: Williams / Childress / Evans PF: Smith C: Horford / Pachulia / Andersen / Morris ...that's basically a 12-man rotation right there, haha.
  13. In the beginning of the season, I think our lineup should look something like this... After re-signing Zaza, Flip, Marvin, and M. West and then signing Haslem... PG: Crawford / Teague SG: Johnson / Flip / West SF: Williams / Evans PF: Smith / Haslem C: Horford / Zaza / Morris And then after we think Teague is ready, switch the lineup around like so... PG: Teague / Flip SG: Johnson / Crawford / West SF: Williams / Evans PF: Smith / Haslem C: Horford / Zaza / Morris I'm not sure how much money we have. Do you guys think we have enough money to resign all of Zaza, Marvin, and maybe even Flip? I wasn't really sure if I wanted Flip back, but I forgot which shooting guards are available via FA. I'm not in favor of Crawford starting point guard but it does make sense that we would give him a shot there as the ASG is sure not paying $8 million to bench him.
  14. “But the way we ended the season, it was hard to evaluate our team. So to bring all of those guys back and give it another shot means a lot to me, because with a healthy team we would challenge Cleveland with the way played this season.” Is it me, or does that sound like Woodson really wants Mike Bibby back? I know he constantly said during the season that having a veteran point guard like Mike Bibby was very important to him. This is kind of off-topic, but do you guys think we have any chance of getting Bibby back? Do you guys even want him back?
  15. s***, I'm going to sound like a hypocrite here... but the thought of Woodson "developing" a point guard makes me cringe.
  16. We played very well against the West teams. We beat all of the West teams at least once except the Spurs and someone else.
  17. Atlanta Hawks 47-35 With injuries to Josh Smith, Joe Johnson, Al Horford, Marvin Williams for a good part of the season. I'm not a big fan of Woodson, but I think he deserves more credit than he is getting. I am willing to give Woodson a shot as long as he plays his bench! Can't believe I said that.
  18. I think they were drafting the best player available and looking to trade that player away. And when they drafted Lawson, they didn't get the trade offers that they were expecting so they were like s***, we have to get rid of him now since we have THREE point guards. So they went with the Nuggets' (really the Hornet's though) pick that will probably be lower than 18. They should have gotten BJ Mullens. They shouldn't have messed with the point guards. Now I have T'Wolves on my hate list. I like Jeff Teague don't get me wrong... but damn... Ty Lawson was almost here. I'm just ranting BTW.
  19. Dolfan hit it on the head when he said that there was a good reason Law wasn't playing... I'll get off your back when you get off Woody's back.
  20. great... not this type of talk from you again.
  21. The Braves are not as bad as you guys are saying though. We are one or two years away from being great. We are already a pretty good baseball team but are lacking in one or two more bats (one of them has got to be a power righty). And our bullpen has been shaky. But we have the pieces to be contenders in a few years. Brian McCann, Jason Heyward, Tommy Hanson, etc.
