  1. I'm just wondering what games you guys would suggest I purchase next. I will list them from the most to the least played, and I will BOLD the games that I have finished. NBA 2k8 GTA IV Assassin's Creed Lost Odyssey Forza Motosport 2 Madden 2006 Marvel Ultimate Alliance Mass Effect I kinda want to buy a baseball game, but I'm not a big fan of the 2k baseball games. I play A LOT of NBA 2k8, and I'm play GTA IV in random amounts. Assassin's Creed I got quickly bored with. Anyways, just wondering what you guys think is a 'must-have'. I'm NOT into shooter games right now, so please don't suggest those kind of games. Thanks.
  2. "I'm so sowwy, ASG! Please! Another chance!"
  3. What does this all mean for Acie? What about What does this all mean for cwell? CWell must be shocked and in depression right now. CWell, have you been posting from a local bar?
  4. Quote: Man that's alot of money for a player with flaws in his game. The NBA has gotten to the point of fiscal insanity with their soft cap. Who doesn't have flaws in their game?
  5. In other news, Josh Smith's interest of returning to Atlanta has decreased today!
  6. Yeah, we all should of known. We shouldn't of given into the "oh he needs more time, it's an important decision to make" or "he's just been appointed new GM last week, give him some time!" bullshit.
  7. Well I warned all of you guys not to be surprised when Woody was offered the job again... I don't know why you guys really tohught he would actually leave when Sund didn't even interview anybody yet.
  8. JJ: Ayo, Anthony! WTF is up with your head, man?! AJ: Damn... look at Lue's ass... is it getting hot in here or is it just me? Corny, but I had to.
  9. It's been two weeks. And I believe every week we don't solve this problem is another week gone by where we could of at least opened up the negotiations for resigning [the] Josh[es]. Respectfully, I agree with what you are saying, but don't you think that if we were going to make a coaching change, we should do it now? I mean... how long will it take to gather the coaching candidates and pick one of them. It would just be more time (I don't want to say wasted because this is, I agree with you, an important decision to make) burned off our clock. We need to finish this as soon as possible.
  10. Well, it seems a little weak to use 'Woodson did coach those teams to those playoffs [and not Flip Saunders or Avery]' line. I'm not trying to take anything away from Woody, but they could of easily missed the playoffs had they not been in such a weak conference such as the East. Thanks for bringing Atlanta to the playoffs, Woody, but last I checked, Detroit [with Flip Saunders] and Dallas [with Avery Johnson] were over the .500 benchmark that you have constantly struggled to get over.
  11. Quote: The look will remain the same and much of the functionality will as well, and that's only IF we do actually change in the future. Either way I appreciate your suggestions! No problem, I'm willing to contribute to the site. I've contacted chillzatl like you've told me to about possibly donating, and I still haven't had even one response regarding it. I've contacted him about three or four times I believe. So can you see if you can talk to him about that?
  12. Thanks for the reply. It's a shame that we might be changing forums in the future. I've grown to really love this forum software regardless of what my feelings were during my first few visits here. (If you don't remember, I made a topic back in the day asking whether or not we could move to a new forum system). Anyways, it is what it is, so... yeah.
  13. Is there any way I can look at a topic before clicking on it and seeing that I've already posted in that topic before? I kind of have a bad memory, so I forget whether or not I have a conversation/argument going on one of the topics, so I sometimes tend to stop posting in it. Usually I'll just click on topics that interest me, but I'd like to know if we can somehow make it possible to see what the topics are that we've already posted in. I've seen this done in many forums. vB, phpBB, Invision Board, etc. If we somehow get something like that on here, it'll just make it that much better. Regards, Libid21
  14. I was about to make a new post regarding this topic too. I've been waiting for a while now, and it's just about time we be told at least his plans for this franchise. So far, I've heard this and that about how he acts during interviews and such, but what about the actions that he takes that will try and progress this team further? I'll stay skeptical on this fella until he shows me otherwise.
  15. Quote: I didn't belive that Detroit wanted him in the first place.Your title scared me,u had me thinking they resigned Woody. He can just go to Charlotte so we can whoop their butt everytime we play them. Try not to [censored] your pants when it actually happens.
  16. It's just about time we make our decision on who our head coach will be for next season. I don't think it's doing any good waiting this long while we should be concentrating more on how we will be able to keep both the Joshes. Woodson's not really the practical coach for us in our situation seeing the player we want to keep most is not exactly on the same page as our [ex?] head coach, but truth be told, it doesn't really matter. Even to me, it doesn't matter... just as long as we get this over with.
  17. For me, what I want is simple but not as easy as people would imagine. First, I would definitely want to have both of the Joshes resigned. Smith has developed into the face of this defense, and I think Atlanta would love nothing more than to have him back. Childress, on the other hand, is just one very solid player who plays his role. He does every thing for this team, and having him back this year would certainly keep this team on pace to get over that .500 'hump'. Secondly, I'm not so sure I really want Woodson back. Sure, the players want him back, but there are so many better options out there. We've been weighing our options, but I think you're right. In the end, I have a strong feeling that it will still be Woodson especially because we haven't really interviewed any coaching candidates yet. If we were to let Woody walk, I'd love nothing more than to sign Flip Saunders. If we do keep him, I agree with what Diesel posted a couple weeks back, we should bring in some assistant coaches who can help take that load off Woody's back. Certainly, it would be hard to bring in anymore big-time free agents after (if we even) sign both of the Joshes, but I'd still be even more satisfied if we signed another big man to come off the bench. Someone that can play 'Center' for Horf.
  18. Quote: I would have like Porter here. Oh well. I don't think we would of went from ex-Piston assistant head coach to another ex-Piston assistant head coach. Not only would it seem like a lateral move, I don't think the owners would even think about it at that point. Woody would be their man if we were just going to sign former assistant coaches.
  19. Quote: 1. Joe Johnson's game 4 4th quarter 2. Game 3 of playoffs(1st playoff home game in a decade) 3. 1st game of the season against Dallas 4. Contriversal game against toronto late in the season 5. any dunk or black by smoove Pretty much my list as well...
  20. I hope this rumor comes true then. Just makes the percentage of us keeping Josh Smith that much higher.
  21. Damn, would you happen to know why it is not going on my iPod? It says we can't put this on your iPod because your iPod can not play this or something. I don't get it. It's frustrating, lol.
