You tankers must love how Bud kept Dennis out of the game as the lead grew to 11 points. Dennis was owning the Knicks at the time he came out of the game. He went to the bench, and the lead grew from 4 to 11. Luckily, Taurean and Ersan made a few plays to cut it to 6. Let's see if Dennis gets back in the game. Only 22 minutes played tonight, but has 21 pts on 9 - 14 FG. Had to get Delaney some PT today I guess.

Are there any consequences to refs who blow calls at the end of games?

Okafor is going to end up being the Hassan Whiteside of the NBA in about 2 years. Once he finally goes somewhere in which he can fully showcase his offensive talent, he's going to be a steal for anyone who picks him up. What the Sixers are doing with him, is a travesty. What's worse, are these idiot NBA teams ( especially the playoff level teams ), who aren't willing to give up a late 1st round pick for Okafor, and instead, are willing to roll with journeymen centers.

And it's exactly why I started that Schröder Watch thread. That dude has been playing at a pretty high level ever since the Washington playoff series, when he was pretty much the only dude who showed up. This season, he's easily one of the top 5 PGs in the East, and arguably a top 10 PG in the NBA. He literally has no offensive help. Few people create shots for Dennis. Considering the circumstances he's in, he's playing great basketball to me. If people can cheer on seeing the Hawks lose, to gain a top 5 pick, they can cheer for Dennis and overlook the infrequent lackluster performances.

And the one player who did that, is getting criticized like he lost the game.

I think I said at the beginning of the season that Dennis basically should get a pass for anything that may go south during this season. When ownership puts a crap team around you, and you're the only guy who can score, he gets a pass.

Why in the world are some of you so critical of Dennis, in a season in which maybe 2 people on the team would be a starter on another team? Dennis didn't tell these owners to trade or not re-sign all of our talent. Dennis has to be the volume shooter, just to keep this team in the game. Prince, Baze, Cavanaugh, Plumlee, and Belineli have all sucked today. But Dennis gets the criticism?
