    Excellent as usual. And I agree. Find a way to flip the script. We're obviously more talented than Boston, so show it out on the court. Don't be giving up 71 points in a half. Don't play soft as to not have any FTs in a half. And don't let a close game end up suffocating you to the point where you can't make winning plays. Meanwhile in Toronto, Paul George is in straight superstar mode. Demarre has no shot at stopping him without help. Paul had the huge 3rd quarter and the Pacers haven't looked back since. I didn't realize Indiana was 3rd in the league defensively. This is definitely a DANGER SERIES for Toronto. What George just did is what we need out of Millsap, Horford, and/or Teague. No messing around today to give Boston hope and home court advantage. Take care of business and get it done!

    Biggest game of the season, and our starting wings go 2 - 11 FG for 7 pts in 50 minutes total of play THj goes 4 - 7 FG ( 3 - 3 3FG ) for 13 pts in 16 minutes. Horrible.

    LOL @ Boston coming back, but the Hawks down by 14 late in the 4th. Still couldn't close the deal, huh Hawks? SMH.

    Doesn't matter. Boston in straight tank mode. Down by 22 in 1st qtr. Hawks vs Hornets it is .... then to Cleveland.

    As for the Teague vs Dennis debate, I still say that one of them will probably have to go, because they can't play together, and Dennis will want more PT. Dennis could help himself tremendously by having a great playoff run. That would up his trade value and make the Hawks really think about which one to keep. Honestly, it's kind of nice to not be too worried about the PG position for the next 3 - 5 years, regardless who we keep. It took us 7 years just to find a guy who was even on Jason Terry's level.

    PG - Teague ( 18 ) - Schröder ( 30 ) G - Shooting guards ( 34 ) - Teague ( 14 ) Could the Hawks survive with Teague and Dennis starting each half together, and closing a game together? 6 minutes start of the 1st qtr ... 6 minutes start of the 3rd qtr ... last 2 minutes of the 4th quarter. That's what would have to happen, if we kept both. It's similar to the Curry - Monta Ellis situation. Both were talented enough to play, but for it to work, they needed to be able to play together. They decide to trade Monta for a defensive/rebounding center in Bogut. This also elevates Klay Thompson, a much bigger SG, into the starter's role. Then they snag Iggy in free agency, and the rest is history.

    For those wanting to follow the 2004 Detroit model, understand that they won because they were arguably the best defensive team in NBA history. Even with that, Detroit also possessed players who could hit big shots at the end of games ( Billups, Hamilton, and Rasheed Wallace every blue moon ). And the question all year with the Hawks has been "who will and can make big shots at the end of games?" Someone on this roster will have to step up and make those types of shots. That's the only way that teams without an offensive superstar can win a title.

    Celtics are a lot more athletic in person, than they look on TV. Crowder especially. Nice run by the Hawks after the Celtics went up 12.
