If traded, they can't get the 'Super Max' only a team that drafts a player can give the Super max. Kawhi won't get his, he knew this but still wanted out of SAS. Celts can't trade for AD, they can't have two Super Max traded players, they already have Kyrie. If AD passes on his Super Max from NOP, he'll go to LAL if he becomes a FA. Most likely NOP will move him before that happens.

If he can display a level of consistent that he had in the 1st preseason game and stay off the training table, i think he'll be Baze's primary back up until Baze is traded . Then he'll get the starting gig after the deadline with Huerter backing him up. Those are my prognostications.

Practice makes perfect: In the second quarter, off a pick-and-roll, Young threw a pass off the backboard to Collins for an alley-oop. Young said he and Collins have been working on that during drills in practice dating back to Summer League. They were waiting for a moment to do it in a game.
