  1. My preference as well, so nothing exciting about this.
  2. Somebody's gotta play for the GLeague team. Doubt he sees any NBA time unless tons of injuries.
  3. Thanks for confirming 13 players currently signed.
  4. I counted 13 players on the NBA team, we have 2 spots still. Or did I count incorrectly?
  5. Two way players aren't counted towards the 15 man roster. Should be 17 total.
  6. Lol. Yours are worth the read. There is always a lil nugget that jumps out I had no idea about. Keep 'em coming.
  7. I remember some people wanting this guy.
  8. I won't rate the rookies since they haven't played. Baze is not our weakess player, he's just overpaid. Plumlee - yes, weakest. Of the young guys Bembry - injuries and his lack of shooting is concerning. Len for his career is just a servicable big having been picked at #5. Lin - until he plays a game, I'm reserving judgement - 37 games played in the last 162.
  9. Plumlee's value is on his expiring contract next season - that's it.
  10. With the 3rd Selection in the 2018 Hawksquawk Dynasty Draft The Lady JayBurds select Giannis 'THE GREEK FREAK; Antetokounmpo. At just 23 years old Giannis is ready for the next step of his development. With shot doctor Chris Jent on his coaching team, look for him to develop his long missing jump shot and 3 point shot that has limited his offensive potential. With five NBA seasons now under his belt, Antetokounmpo has remarkably improved by at least four points per game on a year-to-year basis. Look for him to be a double double machine in points and rebounds again this season. He has added impressive bulk to his once thin frame to help him across the board. Look at my guns...... Antetokounmpo has been one of the league’s very best defenders for most of the past three seasons. He has challenged as many shots around the rim as most starting centers. He's ready to take THE STEP - consistent playoff success! @TheNorthCydeRises yooooouuuur turn!
  11. Wow, my turn already? I know who I'm selecting but don't have my wtite up done.....I need 30 minutes.
  12. Again total minutes mean squat when a lot of those guys played the majority of their minutes AFTER the trade deadline.
  13. I guess I was lucky for the 3 of us. Top 3 picks
  14. Because you keep throwing out the 10 dayers annd GLers as if they got 'quality' minutes last season. They played because of injury (Cavanaugh 39 total games) and trades of our vets. Anything after Beli and Illy were traded...meh. So saying Jaylen Morris played 17 mpg means squat when he played 6 total games. Our 3 1st round picks plus Collins, Prince, Bembry and Dorsey are expected to get quality minutes and have it mean something to their development. Example: Before the deadline: Collins backed up Illyasova, who couldn't stay on the floor because of all the fouling, now he's starting backed up by Spellman. Beli backed up Baze...now one of Huerter and Dorsey will back up Baze. Dennis was backed up by Delaney and Taylor, now Lin is backed up by a 19 year old Young. Individually the new players may be more talented but youth matters in wins and losses. That's all I'm trying to say.
  15. I think as long as Embiid hasn't represented his home country in any international play he is eligible to play for 'Merica if he's done the paperwork to become 'Murican
  16. He played PF in SL if that's any indication.
