I understand what you are saying, but their minutes per game are skewed. There total minutes tell a different story. Injuries to guys like Dedmon, Moose and Illy plus the trade deadline moves and sitting starters constituted to their high mpg. Also factor in they were also playing with vets. The new younger talented guys will be playing with more younger guys of the same ilk. New 1st time coach plus a plethora of 19-21 year olds all have a lot to learn. Yes.

Thomas is also correct that Quinn was instrumental in developing other aspects of players games...I remember DMC talking specifically about foot work and placement, said that was the first time he was ever taught that. Jent may not be a 'shot doctor' but if Bud is correct - he'll do wonders with this bunch. Hawks coach Mike Budenholzer says Jent "has a track record of improving players' skill level and understanding of the game at every level." Who is the current Hawks shooting coach?
