But if that's your opinion Im not going to go through the trouble of changing it. Dennis is a top 15 point guard to me. Unfortunately, we won’t get that value in a trade. If we get a 12-15 pick in this year’s draft for Dennis we hit a homer in my mind. He and Baze are essentially the last pieces of our last era. Both will be gone by February at the latest in my opinion.

From what I’ve seen of Lloyd. I love him for being the guy. I live in the present. Hawks fans will grow to love Lloyd. Not acting like I know him well, I don’t. But I think I’m an ok judge of character and this guy is a no nonsense coach who will have guys playing hard. Depending on the progress, he should be able to keep his job moving forward...having said that, he could be our Mark Jackson to build player confidence, then go out and get our trophy coach...(which I don’t agree with if Lloyd deserves to continue the job at the time.

I like Bamba. He would be my 2nd choice. I still wouldn’t pass on Bagley. Something tells me he’s a future hall of famer. Having said that, I love Bamba as well. He is Gobert on D but his offense is going to be pretty darn good in a few years without question. He has fantastic handles for a guy with that length overal. 3rd choice would be Porter. If Bamba somehow falls to 6th, I like @hazer idea of falling back in a trade and collecting assets. That’s only if we are not in love with Bagley. ps The Magic are a great franchise to deal with also because they are so inept. I’d bank of their future picks because I’m not sure they will get better for a while. We need to deal with them somehow.

I know I was going extreme for those haters like @kg01 ! I think Trae is gonna be a stud. They eggspurts keep saying Trae and Bagley can’t play at the nba level because of better players...what better players? The stars? Sure..in the first year or two unless your name is Donovan Mitchell. Then you compete to the top of your position. Trae is a Nash type!

He sees crazy angles kg. You can’t deny that. His vision is much better than Steph in my opinion. Curry finds the open man with somewhat good passes but never a pass that is at angles that are as incredible as Trae. He’s got Nash vision. He’s gonna make it too. For people that say he can’t make it due to size, im not buying it. Muggsy Bogues/SpudWebb/Gary Grant/ Earl Boykins/ just to name a few. I understand they were a bit in the past but it’s about what skill you bring to a game. Trae has the skill and the intelligence to adjust to the nba game. I wouldn’t bet against him.

Uhhhhhhh...what a streetball game never broke out where y’all kick your shoes off and ball caveman style? we did that once or twice in the 90’s in high school to toughen us up. I felt pretty good except my feet were sore the next day but I felt like I was more centered and balanced when in an actual game. Next time we tried it out at the local park to see if the no shoe training worked....mixed results... I had a few nice dimes and a couple boards and a trey, but I knew the training didn’t entirely work when a Mexican drunk dude in his 40’s was nailing Olajuwon fadeaways on me with a cigarette in his mouth. He stunk of some kind of 40. Mickey’s perhaps. St. Ides? (Which their passion fruit wine cooler was the $hit mind you..long live Pac). Long story long...in the NBA it doesn’t matter without shoes...regardless Bagley is gonna be a star...4 time all star minimum in my mind but I’d guess a 6+ times all star. He has IT. I can’t even seem to compare him to anyone in the past..Bosh with a ton more activity but not as long. He attacks the hoop like Tom chambers/Amare a bit. I’d choose him, but I also think Bamba is gonna be a stud. They compare him to Gobert but he’s ahead in offense I don’t care what the numbers suggest at Texas...he’s a smooth operator on O which is scary given the prowess on D. Bagley..Bamba..and Porter is most likely a future all star..bit of Tmac and a bit like others have said like Durant etc.
