I am just wondering how good do you guys think that Dennis can be? Can he be a top 5 point guard in this league?

I expected someone to have a thread about how we are going to beat Golden State and turn our season around. I guess I will have to do it. I say that the Hawks will win the game and it won't be close. I am guessing by 6-10 points.

Why not just give his Splitter's minutes and throw him into the fire. What is the worst that can happen?

What you all fail to miss is the most of these athletes don't want to live and work in the same place. You don't want all your women in the same place.

I say we move Teague for Michael Carter-Williams and let him start at the 2. He is better that having an undersized 2 guard.

Seriously do you guys trust these guys to make this team better? We probably make 0 moves and Al walks. Then we have a disgruntled Jeff Teague if he isnt already. Or we make a move and get fleeced or bring in more mediocre players that "fit the system". I honestly dont trust these guys. They are going to mess it up one way or another. I say tear it all down and keep dennis,edy,and hardaway jr.

Those trades suck for us which probably mean they are likely to happen.

Rumors might be true but its kind of confusing that they don't know who they want to keep and that they both are on the block. Dennis is the one you keep if you ask me. He is the superior playmaker of the 2.

I have been thinking over the last few days about Bud's system. You all know that I felt that both Bud and Ferry were "too cool" for school and wanted to be the smartest guys in the room. My question is do you think that this has cost us talent because they don't fit the "system". You have to have talent to win in this league. I really believe that these guys think that they can get anyone and plug them in. Bazemore's success is just going to feed their egos but sooner or later (rather) we are going to have to roll the dice. A good coach can make it work. The Spurs system would not be the Spurs system without hall of fame talent that was willing to go along with it. Bud is really being pig headed about the Kyle Korver situation and I am starting to wonder about the undying loyalty to the system.

that team was suppose to tank for D. Howard but Bobby Sura and company came to play and won alot of games that they were not suppose to win. That was a scrappy bunch that had alot of heart.

The east got stronger and we didn't. A losing record will not get you into the playoffs this year. Bud and co. are too cool for school and too arrogant. We have been figured out and something needs to change. They are so arrogant that they can't even see the Korver is done as a starter. We are using him as a scorer instead of a shooter. I say let's start Teague-Bazemore-Stef-Sap-Horf. We can win ugly with the lineup but we can win. We need to give Sap the greenlight. We are not making trades and are pissing away draft picks. I like Bud, but that Spurs system looks damn good with Duncan, Leonard, Parker, Ginobili and and now Aldridge running it. Sap, Bazemore, and Dennis are the only guys that are keepers in my opinion. Sap is the best power forward in the east.

This is absolutely right. We need a little unpredictability. That is why having a Jamal Crawford/Lou Williams type of player would be so beneficial to this team.

To me if they knowingly allow superstar players to get away with certain things and make phantom calls then this isn't out of the realm of possibility. Revenge is a dish best served cold.

I say we get rid of Horf. Paul Milsap is better than Al by a long shot. Milsap is one of the best players in the league. I said it once and I say it again let's see if the Kings will take Horf for Cousins or a package that includes Willie Cauley-Stein. Its been too many times where Al was suppose to be the best player on the floor and he wasn't. Al if playing soft and only has 3 games so far with double digit rebounds. He is averaging 7 rebounds a game. Teague averages 3 ,bazemore averages 4.5. and Korver averages 4 a game. There is nothing else to be said.

We are not beating any of the good teams with our piss poor rebounding. getting our rebounded means that the other teams gets more opportunities to score. We have lost to what we claim are inferior teams but if you consistently give them increased opportunities to score you are not going to beat anyone. Miami (12th), Cleveland (5th), Detroit (3rd), Chicago (9th), Boston (11th) and Toronto (8th) are all way better rebounding teams. What system you run if you getting out rebounded you are not going to beat any especially well-coached teams who know what to do with those extra possessions. We a problem. A few possessions can change the out come of a game and we are giving our opponents more chances to win.

I say we see if the Kings would take Al Horford for Demarcus Cousins.
