Did he sign a 2 year or 3 year contract with us?

I hope that I am wrong but with Horford about to be one of the big free agents this summer and with history of injury he might play soft this year and not bang. I shook my head when I read that he "extended his range". With our center on the perimeter who the hell is going to be the rebounder. Horf extending his range on an already horrible rebounding team is not good. He is about to get paid and we maybe looking at 4 rebound nights more often than not. He knows that another injury is going to cost him millions so why not hang out on the perimeter.

I always felt that THjr was a 2 guard.

1. Can we get a a double double from Splitter? 2. How good can we be if we can get 30 rebounds a night from Milsap/Horford/Splitter? 3. Are we limiting Milsap's effectiveness by having him play the 3? 4. Should Korver start? 5. What can we expect from Tim Hardaway Jr.?

MJ, Iverson, Vince Carter, Paul Pierce, occassional journeyman/scrub who scores his career high against us, have all been our rivals. If I had to pick a rival right now I would go with the Wizards. We would have to end a playoff run for the Cavs for them to be considered a rival.

Reminds of a story. A few years ago the Atlanta Hawks foundation gave the city of Kennesaw $30,000 dollars to build a basketball court. The city council complained that the money wasn't sufficient and that they didn't have the funds to provide lights etc. A few weeks later they "found" a million dollars to build the skate park to attract ESPN and competitions to the area. They ended up giving the money back to the Hawks. Rather odd story but true. You have to pretend like you are dumb not to know why they really did't want that basketball court.

Phillips is rated 1 or 2 every year as one of the best arena's in the nation. Philips has only been open for 16 years. I don't think that one good year entitles the organization to a new arena. I live in Cobb County (Kennesaw) and its great. I would suggest Kennesaw if you have a family as they have a lot of things for families here. It was actually voted the top city for Families in the United States a few years ago.
