Now that our beloved Hawks have been robbed out of the playoffs, what is the worst possible matchup that David Stern would hate to see in the finals.I say San Antonio vs. Indiana. Man he would drop dead if those two teams make the finals. LOL

I remember reading that in the new CBA a player is allowed to restructure his contract to add more years to it. If we owe JJ 90 million over the next 4 years then he can restructure it to be 90 million over 6 years which would lower the hit on the cap. If he does this and we can get a good trade for smoove then we are in business.

I am not saying that Josh should have won or even considered because he is a poor defender. I was just using him as an example.

Is it me or does Chandler has the poorest numbers for someone to ever win the award.He averaged 11 ppg 9.9 rebs 1.4 blocks .9 steals. Those numbers are kind of weak. Josh's number are better than his. I am confused as to how he won the award with weak numbers.

T-mac was not in the team huddle and Van Exel told him to get his "ass" into the huddle. The 790 guys were reportedly sitting behind the bench when this happened. According to them it got pretty bad. Could be why T-Mac didn't get alot of playing time.

Now I am not going to pretend like I like Josh but I think that you all are being a little hard on him it was only six seconds left on the clock. When teams get up in his ass he gets frustrated because he can't get the shot off. He however will keep shooting to the detriment of the team.i watched closely this game. He seems to have a problem passing the ball to Jeff Teague. Nothing wrong with having a bad game but stupid plays end up costing us the game.

The objective of the game is to outscore your opponent.

To be the best you have to beat the best. i don't like these threads about who we want to avoid and who we should be afraid of. we are not the 1# seed in the conference. Respect will only come through beating the teams ahead of us. If you can't beat any team that is in your path then you don't deserve to be a champion or a true contender.

I absolutely agree with that statment. People on here swear that we can't function without Josh but i say lets get someone in who plays the position the right way and see what happens.Sometimes teams are better off of having players that are the better fit versus the better player. I got laughed at a few years ago when I suggested that we trade Josh for Zach Randolph not because Zach was the better player but rather he provided us with what we needed and still need (consistent low post presence).Make no mistake about it Josh has stunted Teagues growth. Josh pretty much blew the chicago game when he went 1 on 5 towards the end. He should always give the ball to the pg.

D went out kind of weak in my opinion. He was too badass. I think that his character was s to build up the dragon girl.I was totally shocked at what happened with SB.
