Racial slur? If Hots has ever made a slur like that on here it would be news to me as I've never seen a report like that.

I reported it way back before you were here, sonny boy. He's been on my ignore list since like 2005.

He's been right more often than not but rarely gets credit for it.

I believe in the Hawks, but look at how the Pacers, Bulls, and many other teams in the past finish as regular season East champs and fade in the playoffs. Heck, perfect  example is the Pacers last  year struggling to put us away in the first round. 

Um...they did then go to the Conference Championship.

OH MY GOD IT IS YOU!

You guys would probably get a kick but this is how I post during all Hawks games: I literally get up and jog back and forth between my living room and computer room while the game is on or during commercials. This is why I never participate in the game chats. I can't watch the game and type at the same time.

This is why I had to splurge on a decent laptop...that kind of physical activity could be fatal for me. I mean there's stairs in between!

I was literally getting up and jogging back and forth during that game between my living room and the bedroom where we keep our desktop computers. That is how I was able to tweet during the game. I honestly don't know how to text so even if Mrs. Sothron gave me her phone to use it would do me little good.

OH MY GOD A DESKTOP?!?!

I am having palpitations now.

Who on our team doesn't do that? I see Teague do it routinely. Josh had terrific passing vision and ability and for all of his faults, that was one major area of strength he had. 

Most players mainly do it occasionally. Josh did it almost to a complete fault. Josh would constantly dribble into trouble on the sideline and rocket a one-handed (or over the head), cross-court jump pass to whatever he could find standing out there. Wade has this same terrible habit of leaving his feet and it is infuriating to watch.  

I have watched pretty much 85% of the games he played in his Hawks career. I have never seen him throw a two-handed chest pass. I have never seen him throw an actual sound bounce pass.  He could not throw an outlet pass (or was just completely reluctant to do it). 

All of those things add up to a complete lack of fundamental understanding of basketball. I can't label anyone like that a "good passer" just because he threw a few lobs to Horford and his awful passes led to some threes.

Biggest thing I miss about Josh Smith is his vastly underrated passing.

You mean leaving his feet, panicking and firing a one handed missle?

Although he may have gotten the ball to someone, his passing was extremely broken fundamentally.

A team that out-rebounded us got SMOKED. These Hawks are not to be taken lightly.

We know we're going to the playoffs...at this point, just stay healthy!

I do want 58 wins though.

We'd have traded him when people still thought he had potential.

This team is incredible. I am pretty much out of words at this point. 31 assists on 40 made shots? Dear god.
