If we have home court and the crowd shows up like last year, we're second round bound.

I'd be willing to bet we get on ESPN's Top Plays tonight. Maybe two or three times.

They went over the Vegas total! We're looking pretty good. Hell, even Mario has it rolling. Gotta love what we see! Keep rolling at home baby!

On the plus side, this could be the opening Acie needed to come in and shine.

Horford is probably my favorite player. I love when he brings the ball up the court and when he becomes the cheerleader out there. He was right, they should have kept going inside. I like it. As far as Smith goes...glad Al hasn't shunned him totally. Early in the game, Smith fell to the floor. No Hawk rushed to help him up. I thought that was a bad sign. Like they don't like him all that much. Even my basketball illiterate female roomate said "why didn't anyone help him up?" Was weird. Anyway, I think Bibby and Al are the guys who need to be vocal.

I can give him a pass if he was sick, but that stroll to the bench was so bad, even the NYK guys on MSG were pointing it out. It was his one play that got a replay. But, as Ex said, it has been ongoing.

The one Denver guy was our very own former Hawk Scott Hastings. I thought they did a pretty decent job. Yeah, there was some homerism, but there always is. I think after Gorman/Heinsohn, I appreciate everyone a lot more.

Marvin looked great last night. Demanding the ball, taking it strong to the hoop. Hitting his FTs. Diving all over the floor for loose balls. He was almost 100% of the reason we were in that game at the end. I'd rather see that guy nightly. Great effort. It rubbed off on the rest of the guys as well.

I will say this...Flip Murray was basically openly ignoring Mo Evans in the 4th quarter. I counted three times Flip saw a wide open Mo and decided to take it himself. Not sure if that's funny or sad.

Marvin was all over the floor tonight. Seemed to be a nice spark for them.

6th man? I was thinking 8th.

I was watching this specifically the past few games. They just don't seem to have that buddy-buddy friendship that they seemed to show last year. Lots of attention lapses during timeouts and no real rooting for each other. They act like a class that just got a week's worth of homework. If they'd have more fun, they'd probably have some better luck. I wish we had two more guys like Horford. He seems to genuinely have a good time out there.

Nobody is that clueless on the court or to their own abilities.

I love Horford, but he needs some teaching on the offensive end. He turns to face a little too much. He should use his strength to back guys down more. That said, he does have a ways to develop yet, so we win either way. But, I LOVE when he dribbles out of the rebound and pushes the ball himself. He is a 110% guy and i'd love to see the rest of the team follow his lead and have some fun and energy out there.

I can live with 2 wins coming off the West Coast swing. We have a big home stand coming up and can pad our place in the East. Come on, Hawks...pull it out in Portland or Utah!

Not to nit-pick, but the Oscars are this Sunday night.

Good win. Weathered the storm. Smith and JJ had a pretty bad night, but Horford and Bibby carried the way. Thank god we won, but we really do need Flip back. Hate to say it, but he is a nice littel spark plug out there.

Kings traded Ruffin for Diogu.

I predict Shelden will get his revenge on us by having 4 rebounds. Double his avg!
