Hopefully for his sake but I still think he has two problems that won't go away:

(1) Webber likes the ball in his hands and plays with the most ball-needy player in the NBA in Allen Iverson;

(2) Webber's body is breaking down and he just doesn't have the same explosion he did earlier in his career. Defensively, he is almost totally worthless. That is why he got traded in a deal where the headline talent coming back was mediocre Kenny Thomas.
