Would Detroit want Al?

I was just looking at the fact that Detroit gets Orlando's pick next year top 5 protected. At best I see Orlando fighting for the 8th spot which still puts their pick at 15 at the worst. Would Detroit want Al?

Not sure why Detroit would want Al. They have better forwards in Prince and Wallace.

I think they might want Al (and that has been reported in the media) but they aren't giving up McDyess. Their front court last season was basically R.Wallace, B.Wallace and McDyess at the PF/C positions. They need to add another body there without losing either Dyess or Wallace.
