Guest Riv
There are so many names floating around its hard to say. Foster, Magliore...whoever can provide some veteran leadership and take our young bigs under their wings and teach them.
Guest
Quote: Mo Taylor and Danny Fortson both have ending contracts. Dude, those guys are horrible. Danny will only teach them how to foul and Mo will only teach them a small sliver of inside post game. Only reason Fortson gets rebounds is because he is jacked and fouls people. Mo just brings nothing but a turnaround jump shot.

Premium Member Diesel Posted July 14, 2006 Author Premium Member Report Share Posted July 14, 2006 Now, there's a different perspective. I don't think Magloire can be a leader. Part of the reason I don't like him is that he is a thug. I don't think Foster can really be a leader either. He's been a 3rd tier player most of his career. When I think of Vet bigs who can be leaders... The first person that comes to mind is Alonzo Mourning. Well, he's not available to us so is there anybody else who may have been an allstar or his team's leader years ago that may be available to us. Toni Kukoc? Shareef? I don't know. swolehawk2
The trick is we need a vet big that can still play. Lead by doing it, instead of talking for a change...Kenny Anderson, Kevin Willis.
