The media get's all crazy around draft time and stuff gets out. Whether Shelden actually pans out in the long run is much more important than anything else.

Now this I can agree with. It's a hard call to make, but if you feel a guy is truly the player you need, then maybe it's ok to make a little bit of a reach. I don't know. It's a total judgement call. If you trade down, you run some risk of missing out on him. Whereas if you stay put, you're guaranteed to get him.

I just thought the whole process was pretty unlike BK- and no way is that a diss on Shelden, and no way have I pre-judged him nor have I written him off. It's questioning BK's draft strategy more than anything else. It's hard for me to understand, because that is not normally the way he goes about doing his business.
