If he become alot more vocal no question he should one of the captains of this team his body language and fire for this game rubs very well on our team. JJ could have like 30% of the say in matters while the other team members would all have their shares also. Decisions could be made by a majority vote with JJ having the right of approval/refusal on controversial issues (JJ would be like a player's governor).
