Is Soloman Jones in Woody's 'doghouse'?

He is a shot blocker. He is 6'10, but why hasn't he gotten more playing time?

Because it would make too much sense to play him.

Woodson = Jim Mora.

Solomon Jones = Jimmy Williams.

Promising rookie that doesn't get playing time over terrible starter because it would make too much sense to use him.

Seems like Woody has to have one player that is always in that position. Last year it was the guard that we released and went to Detroit.

There is no doubt in my mind that if Solo got 10-12-15 minutes a night he would get better and mature.

Woody is tanking now (IMO). Once JJ missed the all star game Woody/BK are shooting for the pick.

BK wants 26+ but not much more. He can blame the overall lack of improvement on injuries.

Why don't the Hawks clean out Woody's dog house and send

them to the D. League??

This is the second young player that has apparently

ended up "In the doghouse." Hawks can have two

players under contract and in the D. league. Who do

we have there now?

If these two players went down, played every game, got

the experience they would obtain there and really

looked great, we would be be so happy, wouldn't we.

But, on the other hand, Woody can leave them

gathering splinters on the end of the bench, refuse

to let them in a game, then no one "Really" knows

what is going on. Punish the players and save face

all at the same time!

You make a very serious point GM. I think people deserve a chance...a real chance.

solo should definitely be in d-league if he isn't going to see 10 minutes a game. but we as fans don't see behind the scenes. if lo and zaza outplay him in practice, them he shouldn't play in the game. i say play the kid anyway. he is only 230 lbs though, and would have the same problem with big men that smoove has guarding them. i'd put solo in whenever the 2nd team went to zone, and let him roam the middle. if ivey can see spot minutes at the point, surely solo can get some spot minutes.

Batista has dibs on the preferred place in the doghouse.

He's been there all season.

Now we have 2 there. Send them to the D League if they

can't play.

Batman doesn't even dress for the games. Sits on the

bench in suit and tie.
