Admin
with the Indy pick. 1). Marcus Williams - PG/SG - Arizona Prototype BK pick. Long (83" wingspan), athletic, can play multiple positions. He has a terrific ability to score points and can get into the lane at will. At 6'7 would create major mismatch problems for our opponents when combined with our other lengthy starters. 2). Rudy Fernandez - PG/SG - Spain Terrific defender and can score almost at will. Consummate team player. Great size at 6'7, again providing the ability for us to cause major mismatches. 3). Acie Law - PG - Texas A&M Another player with good size at 6'3. Much more of a prototype PG, although I don't see that as being something BK will look for. If we were looking for a true PG he would be my pick, but I'm not sure that will be the case. At this point I think that Williams would be our pick simply because he is a BK type of player and can successfully (believe) play PG in the NBA. Thoughts? Popeye
I hope he doesn't select a 6-7 pg who can't play defense. We need to get a true pg, not a guy who can play multiple positions. We already have those guys in Chill, Joe , Marvin and Smoove.
HawksFan87
That's the thing with BK he likes players like the kid from Arizona and he just might be the pick....
