Chill has really stepped up his last 5 games

I think it would be foolish to get rid of either one.

To "get rid of" either one would be a huge mistake. But trading for comparable, young talent? Not so much.

For example, Jack -for- Childress is a trade you have to consider, because Jack brings similar qualities at a more pressing position.

Not Childress. He's too versatile to trade away. He can play several positions for us on both ends of the floor.

Id much rather keep him and add a point through the draft.

It seems that Childress has crashed back down hard to Earth the last two games. Same ole Chill. He is who he is...great one night, OK the next, horrible for a couple of games, good the next, etc.

Go pull Deng's numbers. Apparently his bad games aren't very often. He brings it every night. When you can create your own offense you can be more consistent. When you depend on others like Childress...you get uneven performance.

Levenson, you say Childress is a hot item on the market? Then trade his ass and get us a damn PG!

Chill is a good player, the problem is that Deng and Igoudala are future all-stars.

The problem is if you don't realize and learn from your mistakeS. It seems likely nobody of merit within the Hawks has demonstrated they have learned anything (or have anything to learn). Lottery pick mistake after lottery pick mistake. At best VERY unnerving and confidence dissolving, at worst franchise damning.

I'm not sure exactly what they could do to demonstrate "mistakes were made" other than say unequivably that "mistakes were made". They could fire Woody and BK. They can't go talking publically about specific mistakes without getting into very dangerous territory.
