I thought Lowe was already there when BK join them.

Wow, if that's true ,then bk really needs to stop hiring his best friends, and start hiring the best man for the job.

That's not really fair though when he came on right on time for a complete rebuild. Don't get me wrong, Woody is completely incompetent, but for reasons other than his W-L record. Even a pretty decent coach would have had pretty bad records the 2 seasons before this year. It's no coincidence that Lowe was there right in time for a rebuild too.
