TheNorthCydeRises
Oh God . . we're going to take Yi aren't we? (( breathing )) As long as we get Law at #11 . . we'll be OK. Acie is the crown jewel for the Hawks. Dammit Billy . . just come up with a damn good trade, and get us a good vet, or a couple of them.
thesheedera
Quote: Well how about the fact that he clearly is a better post player on both ends of the floor? The problem is that this isn't a fact. Wright has a better hook shot and is more committed to playing the post, but those two things don't make him a better offensive post player. Wright's inability to play on the perimeter was the reason he was in the post all the time. Durant DID score inside on people, and not just off of drives. And Wright's not a better post defender in my mind. This one is still a toss up. Durant spent much of teh season as the only inside guy in Texas' zone while Wright played in a nearly exclusive man to man defense which had incredible depth and solid help defense. Comparing their post defenses at this point is impossible because their situations were so different. Durant barely had more blocks, but their situations were very different.
