Premium Member Diesel Posted June 21, 2007 Premium Member Report Share Posted June 21, 2007 #3/Pierce to LAL Kobe to Phoenix Amare/Marvin/Atlanta's first 2008 (via Phoenix), #24, to Boston. #5/Jefferson to Atlanta.
SmooveTheFuture
I would do it but I dont think the Lakers are getting enough back for Kobe. We need to throw in Childress. Jefferson is going to be an allstar in this league.

Nicholasp27
wait; #3, childress and marvin for #5 and jefferson? wow; no way i do that u lose depth at 2/3 u have to move smoove back to sf, which is NOT his best position ugh i suppose if u do it, then u draft brewer at 5 to be sg/sf backup (chill's role) and u draft critt/law at

Al Jefferson is one of the best Center's in the NBA at the age of 22. You don't think this: AJ/Crit JJ/Salim/Brewer Brewer/FA Smoove/Shelden Jefferson/Zaza Is a better team than this: AJ/Crit JJ/Salim Marvin/Chillz Smoove/Shelden Horford/Zaza I think team one is better by far...We would finally have our dominant big man. SmooveTheFuture
I do it because good big men are hard to find. Jefferson can domainte in the post, rebound and block shots. Childress or Marviin can do none of those things. Jefferson >> Childress + Marvin
roezag
I love that lineup and the thought of a shut down perimeter defender like Brewer. That would shake up the NBA, I don't recall any trades involving that many big names. 3 All-Stars and 2 top 5's in the same trade. I don't see it happening though. Nicholasp27
ok, i didn't realize jefferson played so many mins at center if he can be our starting center next to smoove, then u do it and u draft brewer at #5 and critt at #11 u DEF have to go for best sg/sf available at 5 and not conley if u do this, as u gave up both of ur sfs to do it speedy(healthy)/critt jj/brewer/slim brewer/smoove/jj smoove/shelden/jefferson/solo jefferson/zaza/shelden/solo would be an improvement on our current lineup IF jefferson can really play center...he plays more pf and does better at pf, but he does play a legit # of mins at pf...so as long as he really can do it, then go for it
