Premium Member hawkman Posted June 26, 2007 Premium Member Report Share Posted June 26, 2007 Nonsense. Critt can play this game and you know it. Is he the best fit for the Hawks? I'm not sure, but I know he will play somewhere in this league and play well. The generalizations around here are getting kind of ridiculous. I remember some of the knocks on Paul and Deron a few seasons ago before the draft. You'd think those guys were bums, destined for a career overseas or something. Now we'd kill to have one of those guys on this team. Heck, we've been rumored to be trading #11 for Jack, a player who wasn't even in the lottery if I remember correctly. That shows you how much some of these predictions are worth.
Spiral
not sure why Critt not being in the green room would prevent BK from drafting him.

That's almost before my time. I wanted the Hawks to take him that year, wow I was stupid.

prlen
CHALLENGE FOR exodus :haha I want you to point out ONE good move that Yi made off the dribble for a score in this video. Just one. Tell us the game and the time on the clock. (http://www.56.com/u83/v_MTQ4NDU1ODQ.html?fs=1)
TexasPete
We are the only team in the top 15 interested in Critt and I'd say there is a 25% we take Critt between Law and a trade. That likely is not good enough for the green room. But if we keep the pick there is a 50-50 chance Critt is a Hawk. I don't care if its Critt or Law. Law is better now, Critt likely in a couple years. Give me Jarrett Jack in the place of either.

If you are referring to his one dribble baseline drive for a dunk while the US team (up over 20 points) stood around and watched, then you have a different definition of a good move than i do. I could have scored on that play. the defense on that play wasn't much better than the defense from the chair Yi has been working out against the past few weeks. SI ran a great pic of him just pouting away in his chair.

Yeah because no one invited to New Tork ever fails to be picked in the top 15.
