Ellis, Roy, and Iggy, three players BK passed on directly, are practicing for Team USA. Deng will play elsewhere.

I'll never understand how BK gets credit for anything but being all but the worst GM in the NBA. He's horrendous.

Thank you for such an insightful post. I think the motivation behind your posting it may be that you really are trying to "help" other posters as opposed to maybe forcing everyone to agree with you. Bravo Wally, bravo....

along with that, BK should be criticized for trading for Olympic performer in JJ, by getting rid of Barf Diaw.

...for BK to not have ONE prospect amongst not only any international team or team tryout. I question how many if any rookie vs sophomore all-star players we've had. 2, 3 (new), 5, 6, 11 (new), 17, 21, even 2nd rd picks (see Monta, David Lee) should demand some sort of national and/or international recognition.

Even Batista (Uraguay) isn't with us anymore.

We all applauded JJ making the US team so consider your glass of haterade turned down.

Personally I'm not a BK hater...I don't even know the guy. What I do know is that he isn't very good when it comes down to making an NBA team competitive.
