Could you ever have imagined growing up that someone would break the HR record and 9+ hours into the next day and there isn't (as far as I can tell) a single thread on here about it?

I wasn't thrilled when Manning broke Marino's passing TD's in a single season record because of the way he broke it but I could at least respect that he did it within the rules of the game.

It just amazes me that something so huge for so long has been broken and the commish of the leauge wasn't even in attendance. Amazing. I sure hope that A-Rod or the young Fielder, or Howard or one of the other kids breaks this record someday.

Hell, I was asleep.

I stayed up until 2:30 to watch the Braves/Giants game that went into extra innings a couple weeks ago, but was out by 11:30 last night.

LOL I don't even know how old you are ... but "staying up" till 2:30 to watch your team makes me think you might be old, either that or you are married LOL.
