I'll bet that those two players don't combine for 40+ the rest of the season. Howard may obtain 40+ on his own this season.

He's hitting jumpers now...

BossTweed
Yeah, he has been getting to the free throw line a bunch, which is a good sign for sure. I would love for him to shoot 10 FT a night.
unknownjdb
Smith with another block. Marvin to the basket. The Orlando announcers are saying it should have been an offensive. That's okay, as long as he remains aggressive...

TheNorthCydeRises
Quote: It's not just about proving a point. It's about developing chemistry. Horford and Law need chemistry with JJ, Smith, Speedy, whoever... Well then, put Horford in the starting lineup. Law too, if you want to do that. This is preseason. You can do things like that in preseason. The last thing I want, is someone like Smoove turning an ankle, trying to block a shot in the final 2 minutes of a meaningless game. You see Orlando doesn't have one single starter in the game now.
Premium Member mrhonline Posted October 9, 2007 Premium Member Report Share Posted October 9, 2007 The Hawks announcers said it wasn't an offensive foul. So, in the case of a "tie," you send the offensive player to the line.
unknownjdb
Quote: i wana see salim get some burn it would have been nice to see him come in at the top of the 4th to torch the Magic, but apparently he's sidelined for injury.

In practice they play against guys who know their plays, this is their chance to develop real chemistry. Later in preseason you can play the bums if you're looking for a 15th man. TheNorthCydeRises
Exactly. Our "CBA" should be in too. Get Marvin out of there. Let Law take the last shot, since he hasn't been looking for his shot much.
