It'd help if Horford actually got some halfway decent looks from his teammates. He's a young big man who got away with a lot of traveling in college (trust me, I saw it first hand). The fact that the NBA has cut down on traveling a bunch, and Horford shuffles his feet a lot means he's going to turn it over for a while until he adjusts. He's playing fine for a rookie. Settle down Beavis. Here's how this board works. You save his posts. When Horford is playing better you link it and tell Ex he was all wrong about Horford. It's the way of the Squawk man! It's cool, remember, it worked out OK for A-13 in the end. We just need some energy and less airballs in the 2nd half. P.S. - Horford had a nice block too. TheNorthCydeRises
Can we get some POSITIVITY in here folks? (( holding hand out . . waiting for the rest of the Squawkers to put their hand on top of mine )) guys? POSITIVIE on 3. 1 . . . 2 . . . 3 . . . . POSITIVE !! STay positive, and your Hawks will not let you down tonight. But stay negative, and you might get a negative result.
Plainview1981
I think the results speak for themselves. Once again JJ looks disinterested and not explosive. He's starting to look like a waste of money out there. Perhaps he wants to be traded because that is how he is playing. 3-12 2 rebounds 0 assist and 8 points. Must be that shutdown Seattle defense. Right now he reminds me of Jimmy Jackson... Not anywhere near as good as his stats suggest. On a positive note, he can't possibly repeat the first half. DrReality
It's time for the main guys to show some leadership and they are. I like their passing. Hope they don't put Lue in to let in dribble in circles.
