Al says he was faked by TJ reversing the layup

instead of laying the ball up on the right side. He seems to be upset about it but he understands that it was an accident and sometimes thing like this happen.

and the replay. Al was in obvious shock (sort of) when he saw the fall. He was fooled by the reversal.

Al seems like the last player on the Hawks, much less the NBA, that would intentionally hurt a player. I hope this doesn't cause a setback to his otherwise outstanding rookie season.

It shouldn't hurt Al or his progression as a player. It was an accident and they happen. He might get booed by Raptors fans when we played them in Toronto. That is to be expected. Anytime a player on your favorite team is injured by a player on the other team. The fans of the injured player automactically think it was intentional. Then go on a blind rage calling for everything bad to happen to that player who cause the injury. That is exactly what the Raptors fans were doing.

I really hope so...

I love his attitude and he just seems like an all-around good kid...hopefully the NBA won't punish him too hard...

and as long as he has some support from his team and close people too...he'll be okay...

I hope he doesn't get too down on himself...and stop playing like he should...

I just hope it doesn't make him (Horford) a less physical and aggressive defender. I don't want to see this happen again but i don't want him shying away from hard fouls, either.
