pimp
Just in case anyone thought this was a night game.
Duff_Man
I will be at the bar drinking and watching bowl games, but I am DVRing it. If everyone could be so kind as to NOT post about the game until I have watched it, I would greatly appreciate it. DAL/ATL posts can commence around 7pm tonight. Thanks! This is the biggest Hawks game in 10 years and you're going to go pay $4 for a beer and watch, what is it today, the carquest Bowl or something? What gives? TroyMcClure
One more reminder: Hawks/Mavs is on Channelsurfing.net for those out of area and without the League Pass.

And I don't think this is the biggest game in 10 years...I am DVRing it. Maybe I will stay here for the 1st half.

Quote: And I don't think this is the biggest game in 10 years. This is the first time we've had a winning record at this point in nine years! Each game we win, our confidence grows. If we can beat the Mavs again, I think it really says something about where we are going.

I am debating staying here for some of the game. Decisions, decisions!
Duff_Man
Just ordered food from the bar across the street. I am firing up the rum and am here for at least the first half. T McC - you have shamed me into staying.
TroyMcClure
I apologize. 12-0! It's going to be a looooong afternoon.
DrReality
Mavs can't do anything wrong. We need to weather this storm and stay close.
DrReality
Two things we have to overcome: Devin Harris is way more quick than AJ. They are double teaming JJ and they have to find the open man.
BusBoyIsBack
If Woody wasn't up to his old tricks we could have weathered it with an early timeout after those first few dreadful possessions. But knowing Woody he waits till we are down a dozen. And now that dozen will probably be insurmountable the rest of this game
JJJJ
Where was that foul on Marv? He was a foot away from Nowitzki.
DrReality
That was his second. Going to the pines. We made a coupel of defensive stops. Al made a hell of a block on Dampier. Horf showing some aggressiveness.

This year will be fun compared to others, but we will take off when that scrub is holding his head in his hand some other place. Preferably in his living room. Dallas was a POd team after that embarassing display of basketball vs Cleveland and we seemed like a team that didn't know we had a game today. Those first few possession were DREADFUL. Josh Smith taking long jumpers, turning the ball over, etc. And no defense whatsoever on the other end. It didn't take a rocket scientist to see that was going to continue until the coach stopped the bleeding.
Duff_Man
1. We made a nice little run there to close the gap. Horford wanted to take over. Acie looks healed. 2. I am moving to Dallas. The girls at this game are SMOKING hot.
DrReality
They are so deep, our bench has their work cut out for them. Acie brought his "A" game today. Hometown boy returns home.
